The mostly manmade category indicates that these fibers are polyester, acrylic, nylon, and other manmade fibers. They generally contain less than 30% of any natural fiber such as wool or rayon. As these are reclaimed fibers they often were obtained without a label. If they were not labeled, they were burn tested and determined to be manmade materials. If you need something that is specifically wool or silk free, please message me and I can work with you to make the best choice.

What will I receive?
A handmade pompom scarf made from reclaimed, recycled yarn.
Pompom scarves are the perfect item to create a joyful atmosphere in a room. Perfect for wearing out and about or lounging around the house. Hang them from a curtain rod or tie them around a throw pillow for maximum enjoyment.

- All fibers are reclaimed from secondhand sources, ends of skeins, abandoned projects, once loved and then left. Some yarns are decades old and given new joyful life as pompoms.
Shipping & Returns
I ship once per week by USPS so please allow time for your order to arrive. If you need an item sooner, please email via ‘Contact Us’ and we will do our best to accommodate.
All our items are handmade and shipped from our studio in Everett, WA.
All items to the US are sent by standard delivery
All International orders are sent tracked
If you need to return an item, please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page. Items must be in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns on custom or sale items.
Care and washing:
Be gentle! Pompoms are inherently not built to stand up to harsh handling. Don’t pull straggling yarns—trim with scissors. Handwash with very little agitation and a mild detergent, squeeze dry with a towel and allow to air dry. Some gentle trimming/fluffing may be needed. Washing may change the texture of the cords or pompoms.
Please do not wear your scarves while swimming or washing.
Do not squash pompoms.

Plum Pom Poms is a one woman brand focusing on accessories and homeware. Pasha, the woman behind the brand, has been making art her whole life. She decided to start a business after accidentally discovering the joy of pompoms and filling her living room to the brim. She is now a pompom evangelist.
